Challenge
Revolutionary both in content and structure, this exhibition goes beyond the canvas by taking people through an entirely virtual tour of Caravaggio’s artwork. How can we convince the public that the lack of presence of canvases is not a limitation but, rather, an added value?
IDEA
By showcasing the high-tech exhibition experience on Social Media and giving users informal content that could hint at both the mystery behind the paintings and the artist’s private life. This would help introduce the idea of ‘provocation’, which is central to Caravaggio’s artwork.

Not content with the buzz generated around the exhibition, we kept pushing the theme of “provocation” even further by exposing all of the dark secrets lurking behind Caravaggio’s life and art, such as the prostitutes he used as models for saints, his perverted love affairs and his obsession with light.
